Lauren Ingoldsby joined Altman Riley Esher LLP in August of 2007 after graduating from Boston University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Ingoldsby was administrative editor of the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal and a member of the Boston University Criminal Clinic. As a member of the Criminal Clinic Ms. Ingoldsby was certified to practice as a student attorney under Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03 and represented indigent criminal defendants in the Boston Municipal Court. She was also a research assistant to Professor Tracey Maclin, during which time she helped in the writing of an amicus brief to the United States Supreme Court in the case Hudson v. Michigan.

Prior to law school Ms. Ingoldsby graduated cum laude from Lafayette College in 2004, with a major in history and government and law.
